Precision-calibrated drying cycles hold each batch within a tight temperature band, so every lot cures consistently, sack to sack.
Retains Natural Color
Gentle, even heat preserves the deep brown-black pod color instead of scorching or bleaching it out under harsh direct heat.
Less Smoke Contamination
Our closed-system drying keeps combustion byproducts away from the pod, giving a cleaner lab profile than open-fire curing.
